3. Place your order
Confirm quantities and pay the 50% deposit to start production.
4. Receive your products
Pay the balance + shipping and receive your order. Typical delivery in 3–6 days.
Step-by-step guide
What you need to create your brand
We guide you through a clear, fast process to launch your shapewear line under your own brand.
Step 1 — Define your models
Choose the styles you will sell (e.g., bodysuit, shorts, panties, bras) and decide key details like compression level, cuts, sizes, and colors. This ensures your collection matches your audience and value proposition.
- Garment type & use (everyday, postsurgical, sport)
- Control level (medium, high, extreme)
- Size curve (XS–3XL, subject to availability)
- Base and special colors
Step 2 — Define your visual identity
Customize how your product is presented: inner label, hang tag, cover page / insert, clear bags, charm and custom printed bag. Below you’ll find each element with MOQ and approximate first-order costs.
*Approximate prices and subject to design/specs. The first purchase of items with MOQ (hang tag, insert, charm, printed bag) is paid by the client. Once those lots are used up, ShapeConcept can cover standard replenishments.
Inner label (garment)
Woven/textile label with your brand and legal info. No additional cost.
Hang tag (swing tag)
Paid only on the first order. After that, when they run out, ShapeConcept can cover a standard replenishment.
Cover page / Insert
Printed card that goes inside the clear bag. Paid on the first order; later, standard replenishment can be covered by ShapeConcept.
Clear bag — Short
Ideal for simpler garments. Free. Make sure the insert height matches this bag if you choose it.
Clear bag — Long
Recommended for waist trainers or boned garments. If you’ll use both bag sizes, consider two inserts (one per size).
Insert ↔ bag compatibility
The insert must be designed to match the bag height you choose (short or long). If using both bag lengths, you’ll need two insert designs.
Custom printed bag
Requires a large initial volume. Consider it once there’s viability (forecasted sales & replenishment). Price and feasibility depend on design.
Charm (optional)
A customizable accessory for a distinctive touch. Completely optional. Paid on the first order.
Complete set (visual)
Reference image to preview brand consistency at the point of sale.
